Arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms took an hour after check-in to be in working order, and they had a strong body odor. The cleanliness, especially under the bed, was lacking. On the bright side, the service was fantastic and very helpful for special needs, despite being overwhelmed. The location was convenient on many levels, especially for visiting family in Parma. While the dining experience was good, some food wasn't cooked thoroughly and the staff seemed understaffed. Overall, a mixed experience that offers great service but falls short in room cleanliness.

The hotel was conveniently located within a short distance from downtown and various attractions, offering a decent price for a brief Cleveland visit. The rooms, despite having some cleanliness issues like ancient stains and residue, provided a place to rest after a long drive. The front desk and breakfast staff were described as top-notch, although some were not pleased with the casual attire of the employees.

The hotel rooms had a lingering old stale cigarette smoke smell until late afternoon, along with a faulty door that maintenance couldn't fix. However, the rooms were impeccably clean, and I particularly enjoyed the pool and exercise areas.
